How long have you been living out of the Ghetto (Woodridge) now?
3 years, but i go back on occasion for the occasional rush when i’m not skating.
How long have you been on Drawing Boards for now?
I don’t know maybe 5-6 years. A large amount of a big bird’s life that’s for sure.
Who is your favourite skater?Gailea Momolu for sure! Everyone loves a gangster!
Where do you live?
Brisbane with Donny and not far from Limpie and Flynn. Friends forever!
What other sponsors do you have?
I ride for Skatebiz in Brisbane and they hook me up like a Big Bird with all the stuff I don’t already get from Drawing Boards.
Why do they call you Big Bird?
When I was on tour in Tasmania it was freezing and dry and my lips got chapped and swollen and resembled a beak. That along with hat hair gave me the nickname we know today.
What’s the best trick you’ve ever done?
Probably Nollie Bigspin Heelflip a ten stair.
How do you feel about kickflipping over team-mates? Is that something you feel sets a good example for the kids?
I think kickflipping team-mates is a great way to stay in shape.
How long did you spend on the DVD part in Medium Rare?God it took 4 or so years. I got last part though so make sure you watch it!
Who’s your favourite Drawing Boards rider?
Probably Limpie, his hunger to skate directly reflects his hunger for food!
